Your free gift will be delivered between the hours of 9 and 5 Monday – Friday, the address entered will be where your goods are delivered to, therefore please ensure somebody is able to sign for the parcel between these times. Please e-mail as soon as possible if you wish to change your delivery address. As long as we haven’t already despatched the goods, we can amend it for you. Please ensure you are using the product code on your KitchenAid mixer box, the codes on your paperwork may be slightly different. The last three characters of the product code denote the colour of your mixer, the redemption form only requires the first eight characters. For example, if your box reads KSM150PSBAC, then you need to select KSM150PS on the redemption form.
